AN accident on the M40 northbound at the Bicester turn-off is causing delays.
Officials say an accident at around 7.40am and an oil spillage are causing traffic to build up at the junction nine exit to Bicester.
It is not clear if the accident and oil spillage are connected and there are no reports of any injuries.
The accident is said to involve one car.
There is also congestion on A34 northbound to the Weston-on-the-Green turn-off.
