THE court hearing of a man accused of holding police at bay during a 12-hour siege has been postponed.
Daniel Rodriguez, of Morton Avenue, Kidlington, was due to appear at Oxford Crown Court yesterday but his hearing will now be next Friday. He remains in custody.
The 38-year-old has been charged with two counts of possession of an imitation firearm, using an imitation firearm with intent to resist arrest, possession of a weapon for the discharge of a noxious liquid and false imprisonment on July 9.
