OXFORD: A High Court judge has refused permission to go ahead with a judicial review into the planning approval for the Blavatnik School of Government building.
Oxford City Council awarded the building in Walton Street planning permission in May.
But businessman David Freud, who owns the bar next to the plot, had submitted a judicial review against the plans.
He now has seven days to renew his application via a hearing.
