Supermarket giant Sainsbury’s has applied for a licence to sell alcohol from its new shop in Headington, Oxford.
The chain is hoping to open a store in the unit which is currently occupied by Peacock’s.
Sainsbury’s wants to sell alcohol between 7am and 11pm.
