DETAILS of the 100 extra homes that will be built at Stockham Farm, Wantage, will soon be made public.
Permission for 200 houses on the same site, off Denchworth Road, was granted last year. The new homes would be built next door.
Public consultation over the plans begins at Stockham Primary School in Stockham Way on tomorrow from 6pm until 8.30pm.
There is also another session on Saturday from 10am until midday.
Developers Dandara are hoping to submit a planning application later on this year.
Rachel Allwood, associate director of Dandara said the site was a “logical extension” of the Stockham Farm development and would provide much-needed sustainable new housing for the area.
“Dandara is committed to creating quality, sustainable developments that contribute to the community and help to reduce the Vales district’s housing shortage,” she said.
