Two men have been charged with manslaughter following the death of a man who fell through a roof at a farm.
John Binning, 64, from Great Park Farm, Besselsleigh, and James Binning, 27, from Binnings Farm, Besselsleigh, will appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on May 13.
The charges relate to the death of former army sergeant-major Dean Henderson-Smith, 46, who died while working at Great Park Farm, Besselsleigh, on October 18 last year.
