STUDENTS indulged their dramatic side when a top production company rehearsed Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet at Oxford High School.
Nine pupils studying drama got to help out with the Box Clever Theatre production, to run at London’s Unicorn Theatre from Monday to May 9.
They offered their thoughts on the productions and also helped out with script prompts for the romantic tragedy classic.
Maya Abouzeid, 17, pictured front left with Sabrina Rosenheim, said: “I have learned so much, it has been fabulous.”
Judith Carlisle, headteacher at the school in Belbroughton Road, North Oxford, said: “We have a huge reputation for academic excellence but but there is so much more to our girls than that.
“Drama is massively popular because it helps build their confidence and self-expression.”
