THE comments by a young Conservative about food bank users were stupid, but also have to be seen in the context they were almost certainly created – through the ignorance and inexperience of youth.
Hopefully Liam Walker’s apology is heartfelt and not ordered from Tory HQ and, ironically, may have done more to highlight their growing need.
