I WOULD like to thank everyone involved in the cancer and haematology lecture that took place last Saturday at the John Radcliffe Hospital.

I was just one of many people there, and I am sure that I speak for all of us when I say a big thank-you to Prof Middleton, Mr Nick Maynard and Dr Chris Hatton.

These three wonderful people gave a very interesting talk, sometimes reassuring, very informative, and also tinged with a touch of humour, so well done you three. You are much appreciated, as was Karen Mitchell the lead cancer nurse, not forgetting all the helpers from the OUH NHS Trust – you were all great.
