A CONTROVERSIAL application to build 18 houses should be granted permission tonight, according to a Vale of White horse planning officer.
Mark Doodes has recommended the district council’s planning committee approve the application for land south of Lambe Avenue, in Milton, despite a petition signed by 85 locals opposing the plan on various grounds.
