A 20-year-old woman has been sexually assaulted while out walking with her 15-month-old daughter.
The attack happened at about 10.15am yesterday as the woman walked along Kings Road towards Park Road in Banbury.
She felt someone touching her lower back and then an unknown man committed an "indecent act", before running off ahead.
The man is described as white, with a pale complexion, about 20 to 30 years old, of slim build, between 5ft 6in and 5ft 8in tall and having very short brown hair.
He was wearing long light-coloured trousers, possibly with an elasticated ankle cuff, a long sleeved dark-coloured jacket and light-coloured trainers. He may have also been wearing a hat.
Anyone with information should contact police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
