A Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) has been charged with drink driving while allegedly using a police car.
Andrew Seston, 44, of Cuxham Road, Watlington, was arrested after calling Thames Valley Police to report a public order incident.
But another man involved in the Lane End incident also called “about the behaviour of PCSO Seston” it said.
The PCSO was arrested on suspicion of driving while over the legal limit on Monday at 4.15pm and later charged.
A force spokesman said: “The car he was allegedly driving is owned by Thames Valley Police.”
He has been bailed to appear at Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court on 17 May.
