People are being consulted on the city’s Heritage Assets Register, which includes Oxford’s greyhound stadium.
The empty stadium in Blackbird Leys has been nominated for inclusion on the register, which identifies buildings, parks and gardens that are not protected by legislation but are valued by the public.
Earlier this month Galliard Homes and planning agent Savills submitted a planning application to knock down the stadium to make way for a 220-home estate.
