Thank you to the Oxford Mail for printing my letter (Too cold to see doctor, ViewPoints, March 4) and congratulations to Horspath Parish Council, who after all these very cold months have at last got the radiator in the village hall working, which must have taken all of ten minutes to do.
Maybe now they could do something about the potholes in the village, some of which are their responsibility such as the ones in the tarmac area (which is part of the village green) at the front of the village shop.
The state of this area where many elderly residents walk to visit the shop is an accident waiting to happen and a health and safety hazard. Again, with your help, we may get something done about it!
