Well, it wont be long now before those Oxford University students telephone their parents from their new accommodation blocks.
It goes: “Hi, mum and dad. The room is great. Through one window are brilliant views of the dreaming spires, while the window opposite overlooks the land of Lilliput, complete with tiny people shouting and waving placards.
“Oh, one more thing, mum and dad, before I go – you were both wrong about any trees blocking the views.”
