THE country's youngest Victoria Cross recipient yesterday unveiled a carved milestone that commemorates Headway Oxfordshire’s 25 years of charitable service.
Sgt Johnson Beharry, who won the VC for his valour in Iraq, is special ambassador to the charity which provides care for victims of brain injuries.
