- Adrian Jefferys, 22, of Hearthway, Banbury, convicted of assault by beating in McKeevor Place, Banbury, on July 26. Given a 12-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months with 12-month supervision requirement and 100-hour unpaid work requirement. Told to pay £100 compensation and £500 costs.
- Heidi Mullen, 27, of Amos Court, Banbury, admitted stealing a bottle of wine from Tesco Express in High Street, Banbury, on February 18. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay £5 compensation, £15 victims’ surcharge and £20 costs.
- Aaron French, 22, of Howard Road, Banbury, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Broad Street, Banbury, on November 18. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge made on December 30. Fined £275 and told to pay £20 victims’ surcharge and £50 costs.
- Ronnie Westwood, 19, of Bretch Hill, Banbury, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in South Bar Street, Banbury, on November 17. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge made on February 27 last year. Fined £150 and told to pay £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
- Craig Bedding, 24, of Nizewell Head, Steeple Aston, near Bicester, admitted drink driving and speeding in Adderbury, near Banbury, on February 23. Had 60 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Driving at 43mph in a 30mph zone. Fined £400, told to pay £40 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given 17-month driving ban.
