OXFORD: A date has been set for the trial of a man accused of inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent.
Andrew Greenhough, of Allbrook Hill, in Eastleigh, Hampshire, appeared at Oxford Crown Court yesterday and denied carrying out an attack involving a sledgehammer in Weyland Road, Headington.
The 32-year-old is charged with one count of causing grievous bodily harm with intent to Martin East on May 4 last year and an alternative charge of causing grievous bodily harm. He was released on conditional bail for trial on October 21.
