PEOPLE CONVICTED OF OFFENCES AT MAGISTRATES’ COURTS AROUND THE COUNTY RECENTLY
BANBURY
Daniel Dyer, 23, of Bader Drive, Upper Heyford, admitted using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment alarm or distress in Sheep Street, Bicester, on March 2. Fined £250 with £25 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
Thomas Keenan, 22, of Sinclair Avenue, Banbury, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Horsefair, Banbury, on March 1. Fined £83 with £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
Jonathan Betts, 29, of Carterton Mobile Home Park, Carterton, convicted of using a television without a licence between September 7 and September 18 at his home. Fined £200 with £15 victims’ surcharge and £90 costs.
Terry Wheeler, 29, of Westfield Road, Witney, admitted fishing without a licence on August 18 at Brasenose Lake, Stanton Harcourt. Fined £40 with £15 victims’ surcharge and £127 costs.
