A BICESTER nightclub in the town will remain open after a council u-turn.
G’s Wine Bar, in Dean’s Court, had its licence revoked last September after police reported problems at the nightspot.
Following the decision by licensing authority Cherwell District Council, owner George Smith launched an appeal, which meant the club could remain open.
A hearing was due to take place this week.
But yesterday the council said it had agreed a new set of conditions with Mr Smith.
They include closing the club at 3.15am instead of the previous time of 4am, and entry being banned after 2.15am.
