MANY Marston and Northway residents have asked me to stand in the county council elections for this area.
I'm flattered by their faith in me but I can't stand as I am already fully committed to Marston and its issues.
It will be strange not to contest a local election this time but I wish to concentrate on my city councillor duties for Marston.
