John Agnew, 59, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place at The Nightshelter in Oxford on March 14. Fined £75 and told to pay £20 victims’ surcharge.
Craig Cripps, 28, of Stocks Lane, Carterton, admitted stealing watches worth £20 from The Original Factory Shop in Carterton on January 26, and food worth £7 from the Co-op in Carterton on February 5. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Community order made with four-week curfew requirement. Told to pay £27 compensation.
Kestuitis Juozaitis, 31, of Anson Close, Abingdon, admitted two counts of assault by beating and one of causing actual bodily harm in Hythe Bridge Street, Oxford, on November 1. Given 12-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months with 12-month supervision requirement and restorative justice course requirement. Told to pay £300 compensation, £80 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
