People convicted of offences at magistrates courts in Oxfordshire recently:
Mohammed Snoussi, 27, of Ridgefield Road, Cowley, Oxford, admitted shoplifting drink worth £7.98 from Pumpkin Cafe and WH Smith in Oxford Train Station on October 11. Given a nine-month conditional discharge, told to pay a £10 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.
Maurice Workman, 56, of Jubilee Court, Banbury, admitted shoplifting three bottles of alcohol worth £57.08 from Marks & Spencer in Banbury on October 9. Also stole three bottles of alcohol worth £85.78 from the store on October 11 and again on October 13. Fined £73, £225.64 compensation, £20 victims’ surcharge, and £40 costs.
Jonathan Bentley, 28, of Marsh Gibbon, admitted driving while unfit through drugs on the B4030 in Middleton Stoney on July 4. Fined £300, £15 victims’ surcharge, and £50 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
