BADVENT suspect number 12 is an Oxford woman suspected of making-off with more than £580 worth of cosmetics.
Hannah Wooloff is wanted by police in connection with two shoplifting offences in the Boots store in Headington.
Her face has been unveiled behind door number 12 as part of the Oxford Mail and Thames Valley Police’s Badvent calendar campaign.
Our Christmas crime campaign – which sees a suspect’s photograph published every day – aims to see them apprehended before the New Year.
Police officers want to speak to 36-year-old Wooloff after an unknown value of make-up was stolen from the London Road store on September 28 last year.
In another theft £580.85 worth of cosmetics were stolen from the shop on November 1, 2011.
Investigating officer Pc Mark Miller appealed for help in finding the suspect.
He said: “We would like members of the public to help find Ms Wooloff so she can face justice over these crimes she is suspected of committing.
“It is believed she could still be in the Oxford area so I urge anyone with any information on her whereabouts to get in touch.”
Oxford magistrates issued an arrest warrant for Wooloff, of Asquith Road, Rose Hill, on March 30 this year. Police described her as about 5ft 2ins tall, slim, with brown hair.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts should call Pc Miller on 101, or contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111 or online at crimestoppers-uk.org.
Thames Valley Police last night said they had received “dozens” of calls from Oxford Mail readers and urged people to get in touch if they recognised any of the faces in the Badvent calendar.
Spokesman Rhianne Pope said: “Badvent has proved successful in the past and all the signs are is that this will be another successful year.”
