A BOY who has been missing for more than a week has made contact with his family.
Nooragh Zedarn, 12, was last seen by his foster parents at their home in Spruce Gardens, Blackbird Leys, Oxford, on Thursday, October 26.
Concerns were growing for Nooragh, who is originally from Afghanistan.
He is 4ft 11in tall with short black hair. He has a small, light, 50p-sized mark on his cheek and was last seen wearing blue jeans, a brown and orange jacket and white trainers.
Thames Valley Police spokesman Kate Smith said: "He is still technically missing, but has made contact with a family member.
"We are investigating this in order to establish that he is safe and well and will continue to assume he is missing until we have definite proof that he is OK."
