SIMMONDS Stewart Frederick William Passed away in Chesterfield Royal Hospital, Derbyshire on 7th November 2012 aged 85 years. Born in May 1927, Stewart was a life-long resident of Farmoor, before retiring to live in Derbyshire in 2001. The beloved husband of Eileen, he was a dearly loved father, grandfather and great grandfather, who is and will continue to be sadly missed. A private cremation will take place in Chesterfield and be followed by a memorial service and interment at St. Leonard’s Church, Eynsham on 28th November at 2 p.m. Donations are requested in lieu of flowers and in Stewart’s memory, for the Intensive Therapy and High Dependency Units where he was so well cared for during his short illness. Funeral Directors are Nicholson and Son in Chesterfield and Green’s Funeral Services of Eynsham.
