I AM puzzled after reading the article on the 20mph speed limit in St Giles (November 5).

Rodney Rose, county council cabinet member for transport, says it’s difficult for him to drive at 20mph and he says the road tells you to do more than 20mph.

Did I get it right – he is member for transport?

Now if you see a sign which says no left turn, you don’t turn left.

If you see a no-entrance sign, you don’t enter.

It’s that easy.

Now, Mr Rose, it’s the same when you see a 20mph sign. It’s easy.

Thanks for listening.
