Three candidates will fight it out in a by-election for the Banbury Ruscote ward of Cherwell District Council.
UKIP’s David Burton, Labour candidate Gordon Ross and Pat Tompson, of the Conservative Party, will compete for the seat.

The election will take place on Thursday, November 15.
Polling stations will open between 7am and 10pm.
