Police want to speak to this man in connection with an attempted burglary in Danesmoor.

The man was disturbed breaking into the property at about 7.55pm on Friday, October 19.

He was punched several times in the ribs and left side of his face by the victim before he ran off.

The burglar was described as white, aged in his early 20s, about 5ft 10in tall and of muscular build.

He had shaved dark hair, very light eyes and wore a bomber jacket with a hood.
