A man threatening to jump from scaffolding came down after more than four hours.
Police, negotiators and the ambulance service were called to the four-storey building in Banbury Road at about 9.18pm on Friday and the man came down at about 2am.
A 47-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing a public nuisance but later released without charge.
