TIMMS Dr William Edward (Bill) Peacefully surrounded by his loving family and friends on Wednesday 28th August 2024. Stepfather to Sarah, Paul, James and Gosia, and cherished grand parent to Emily, Charlie, Elliott, Victoria and Oliver, Bill was kind, thoughtful and wise and a great friend to so many. A committal ceremony will be held at Oxford Crematorium in Headington at 11am on Friday 20th September, followed by a Memorial Service at 2pm at St Leonard's Church in Eynsham that will celebrate his life and influence.
