The Celebration of Life service will be held on Thursday 12th September, at North Oxfordshire Crematorium at Tackley at 1pm. Family flowers only. Donations if desired for Dementia UK and The Salvation Army may be sent c/o Surman & Horwood Funeral Service or made online via surmanandhorwood.com. Colourful dress code.Tributes
