HOWELL Simon (Taffy) Formerly of Barton and Cowley. Much loved son of Andy (Andrea), passed away on March 10th 2024 in Aberystwyth, aged 57. A celebration of Simons life will be held in Oxford at a venue and date to be arranged.Tributes
