WIGGINS Victor Eric "Vic" Resident of Kingham, passed away at the Horton Hospital aged 86. Husband of the late Patricia, Father to Valerie, Andy, Stephen and Jonathan, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, and friend to many. Vic's Funeral service will take place on Tuesday 2nd April at North Oxfordshire Crematorium 3pm. Family flowers only. Donations are being taken for The Royal British Legion Club Kingham.
