PHELPS Christopher Edwin Passed away peacefully on 21st December 2023, aged 81. Beloved husband of Jennifer, wonderful father to John, Edward, and William. Loving grandfather to 7 grandchildren. The funeral service will take place at St. Peters Church, Wolvercote, Oxford on Wednesday 21st January at 12 noon. No flowers please.
