HIGGS Peter Passed away on 25th February aged 77 years. Beloved husband and father. The funeral service will be held at Witney Methodist Church on 28th March 2023 at 3:00pm, followed by burial in Church Hanborough Cemetery at 4:00 pm. Flowers welcome.
