PHIPPS Joan Passed away peacefully on 1st August 2022 following a short illness. Dearly loved wife of the late Barry, mum of Sally, sister, auntie, cousin and friend. Funeral service to be held at Oxford Crematorium on Monday 15th August at 12:00 noon.
