OATES Roy Arnold Passed away peacefully aged 87 at the John Radcliffe Hospital on 4th December. Loving Husband of the late Edith "Edie" and much loved Dad to Jackie, Paul and Karen and Son-in-laws Richard and Steven, 6 Grandchildren and 8 Great-Grandchildren.
