BARLEY Michael John (Charlie) Peacefully at Isis Care Home on 25th November 2021, aged 86 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Veronica, adored father of Andrew and Emma, treasured brother of Dick and much loved father in law of Ben. Funeral Service at St Lawrence Church, North Hinksey on Monday 13th December at 11.00am. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for the RNLI c/o Edward Carter (FD), 107 South Avenue, Abingdon, OX14 1QS.
