SIMMONDS Patricia (nee Pullen) Passed away at The Churchill Hospital, Oxford on 29th October 2021. Wife of the late Neville, much loved mum to Jackie and Sam, Nanny Pat to Conor, Ellie, PJ, Sofia and Millie, Great grandmother to Oran. The funeral service will take place on Friday 3rd December at 1pm at St John's Chapel, Oxford Crematorium. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Alzheimer's Society and Cancer Research.
