PHIPPS Royston William "Roy" A Loving husband to Esther Phipps (nee Harte), sadly passed away on 12th February 2021, aged 72 years. Roy will be greatly missed by all members of his extended family and friends. Funeral will take place on Friday 19th March at St James The Great Church, Radley and is limited to family only due to current restrictions. Family flowers only, however, please donate to your favourite charity in memory of Roy.
