HEEP Patricia (nee Hannan) Passed away peacefully on Thursday 21st January 2021, aged 89. Beloved wife of the late Hans. Sister to the late John and Irene. Much loved Mum of Paul, Carl, Anna, Emma and the late Mara. She will be sadly missed by her many Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and large extended family.
