CIUPA Ruth Iris (née Phipps) Passed away on 14th December 2020 at the John Radcliffe Hospital, aged 91 years. Dear wife of the late Alex, and loving mother of her late daughter Krysia and her remaining children Angela, Stuart and Laurence and a much-loved grandmother and great grandmother. Family flowers only please, donation if desired for Guide Dogs for the Blind, c/o Edward Carter (FD), 107 South Avenue, Abingdon, OX14 1QS.
