BALLARD Percy Better known as Pete, aged 86 years peacefully passed at Cumnor Hill House on 13th December 2020. Beloved husband of the late Margret, much loved father of Jacqueline and Stuart, adored Grandad of Dale, Connor, Jessica and Freddie, cherished great-grandad to Imogen and Stanley, and father-in-law to Nicholas, grandfather-in-law to Laura, and a great friend to Marie. Private funeral service took place at South Oxford Crematorium on Monday 21st December. Donations are gratefully received for Guide Dogs for the Blind.
