BOWER Bryan John Sadly passed away on the 9th November 2020 aged 86 years. A loving husband and friend to many. Bryan had been greatly involved in local sport during his life, including being a founder member of the City of Oxford Rowing Club. He will be sorely missed by his wife Wendy and all his family and friends.
