FRANKLIN Dr Raymond Eric Emeritus Fellow of Worcester College, Oxford and retired Lecturer, on 3rd November 2020 at Sir Michael Sobell House, Oxford. Beloved husband of Pat, much-loved father of Sarah and Joanna and grandfather of Kirsten and Emma. Funeral sadly limited to close family due to current restrictions. No flowers please. Donations to Sobell House.
