PHIPPS Cyril Thomas Passed away peacefully at home on 22nd July 2020 aged 95 years with his family by his side. A beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Due to current restrictions a private funeral service will take place. Donations are welcome in memory of Cyril for Sobell House and may be sent to C. S Boswell Independent Funeral Services of Summertown or via www.cyrilphipps.muchloved.com.
