PAYNE Eileen Margaret Died suddenly at Witney Community Hospital, on 21st May 2020, aged 82 years. Beloved wife of the late Leonard Payne, adored Mum of Karen, Mother-In-law of Richard and much loved Nanny of Jessica, Daniel and Joseph. A private funeral service will be held.
