ASPEL Elizabeth (Betty) Joan (née Phipps) Loving wife to Jimmy, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, died peacefully after a long illness on 6th May at the John Radcliffe Hospital. Funeral for close family only on 28th May 12pm at Oxford Crematorium. Funeral cortege to pass home address at approx 11.30am for those wishing to pay their respects in the street abiding by social distancing rules. Family flowers only.
