JACOB Tracie Jayne Sadly passed peacefully on 4th April 2020, aged 46. Loving mother to Jasmin, devoted partner to Mark, daughter to Anthony, sister to Toni & Dale, a Granddaughter & Auntie. She will be greatly missed. Due to current restrictions family funeral only at 3.00pm, 15th May.
